E-PUM: Why Doesn’t the Change Assistant Job See the Modified Template? (Doc ID 2991941.1)

After modifying the change assistant template for the custom change package in PUM, the job is not running with the modified template Why does the update job don't see the modified steps?


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Import the template from the Change Package and add a task, then export the template
2. Create a change package from the modified template, then apply the change package. 
3. Observe the modified steps are missing
