Symptoms
When SpeedChart is removed from Pcard Distribution page the following error occurs

Steps To Replicate
1)On Reconcile Pcard Statement page (Navigate to Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile PCard Statement )
2)Tab Distribution Page •Enter Speedchart =XXX. Distribution values loaded
3)Remove value and tab out of field
4)Error message shown, but no value is selected
