Error in Procurement contract page when clicking on Released Details link:

Invalid row number 94 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) CS_SNDCT_WRK.PB_RELEASE.FieldChange PCPC:1699 Statement:27

A PeopleCode program has called an object method with an invalid value for the row number parameter. The row number should be within the range of existing rows in the rows.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Procurement Contracts>Add/Update Contracts.   Open a contract with more than 1 line and change the Status to ‘Open’   Search for contract lines
2. Search from line 3 to Line 3 and click on search
3. Select the line and retrieve it
4. Go to Release Amounts tab and click on Released Details link. Getting the error
