E-PTF: Unable To Open the Existing Projects In PTF Tool, While Opening a Project It Shows Popup "Please select a valid project name"

Symptoms
Able to create new projects but unable to open existing projects in PTF tool. While trying to open an existing project it shows below popup:
Please select a valid project name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PTF, Navigate to @DB_Name > Projects > New Project
2. Provide a name and insert a test.
3. Click on apply.
4. Try to open the same project, it gives the popup to select a valid project.
5. This new project is saved in database but not opening in PTF.
