E-COMP: The Compare Report Results Are Not Accurate When Compared the "Archive Templates (Type 2)" (Doc ID 2992337.1)

Symptoms

The Compare reports are not accurate when compared the Archive Templates.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Consider Environment A, Navigate to PeopleTools > Data Archive Manager > Manage Archive Templates.

2. Search for the Archive Template, for example, GPCHRSLT (HCM Application).

3. Replace one query with the custom query in the section: "Selective Archiving Queries".

4. insert the Archive Template (Type 2) ., Archive ID: GPCHRSLT into a project in the Application Designer.

5. Compare the Project to Environment B, with default compare options.

6. Observe the Compare report. The Compare report shows Source and Target as "Unchanged", Action as "Copy" and the Compare report is Empty.
