EPY: "Not Applicable" Is Not A Selection For Indiana Tax Form WH-4 (Doc ID 2992419.1)

Symptoms

For Indiana Tax Form WH-4, "Not Applicable" must be a possible selection for "Indiana County of Residence as of January 1" and "Indiana County of Principal Employment as of January 1," as described in the form instructions. Instead, only "None" or an Indiana County are available. "Not Applicable" needs to be added.

 

Steps required to the issue: 

  1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Payroll >  Tax Withholding 
  2. Select Indiana State form 
  3. Select Updateable Forms
  4. Click on dropdown for County of Residence
  5. Click on dropdown for County of Principal Employment
