Symptoms
EX_DATA_LOAD errors at Step EX_LOAD_VISA.BLDLVL3.InsStg6 (SQL) when load enhanced data is checked on the credit card setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure the "Load Enhanced Data" is checked on Visa credit card setup (SetUp Financials / Supply Chain – Product Related – Expenses – Management – Corporate Card Supplier).
2. Load a visa 4.0 file and it errors (Travel and Expenses – Corporate Credit Cards – Load External Data Sources).
3. Uncheck the "Load Enhanced Data" on the setup (SetUp Financials / Supply Chain – Product Related – Expenses - Management – Corporate Card Supplier).
4. Load a visa 4.0 file and it goes to success (Travel and Expenses – Corporate Credit Cards – Load External Data Sources).
