Symptoms
When doing a Balance Adjustment for the New Additional CPP Tax Class fails upon saving.
A Pop-up Window appears on the page with the following messages
'A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
OK'
'SQL error in Exec. (2, 280) ADJ_CN_TAX_BAL.EMPLID.FieldDefault Name: adjust_balance PCPC:14831 Statement: 207
Called from:ADJ_CN_TX_BAL.EMPLID.SavePostChange Statement: 11
During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec.subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Periodic Payroll Events CAN > Balance Adjustments > Taxes
- Search for EMPLID: KC0002
2. In DEMO Enter the following on Tab Adjust Tax Balance 1:
a) Company ID: GBI
b) Balance ID: CY
c) Year: 2024 (or the next year from current processing)
d) Period: 10 (or any period in the new year)
e) Wage Loss Plan: KRG
f) Province: AB
g) Tax Class: 'CPP Second Additional Employee'
h) Reason for Adjustment: <Anything can go here>
i) Click Save
3. Enter the following on Tab Adjust Tax Balance 2 - where no current balance exists:
a) Under heading Tax/PA - Adjustment to Month-To-Date: $5.00
b) Under heading Taxable Gross - Adjustment to Month-To-Date: $50.00
c) Under heading No Limit Gross - Adjustment to Month-To-Date: $50.00
d) Click Save
e) See a Pop Up Window with the message 'A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. OK'
f) Click OK
g) See a Pop Up Window with the message:
