E-AWE: Email Links for Approval Notification Take Users to the Classic Approval Pages Instead of the Expected Fluid Approval Pages (Doc ID 2993057.1)

Symptoms

The site has Interaction Hub as Portal DB and FSCM DB as the content provider DB.

When clicking on the URL link for Requisition Approvals and Requisition Escalation notification in emails, and logging into PIA, users are presented with the Classic Approval pages instead of the expected Fluid pages. 

The issue can be replicated at will as follows:

1. Open an approval email.

2. Click the approval URL.

3. Sign into PIA.

4. Observe it is the classic approval page instead of the Fluid approval page.
