Symptoms
When trying to finalize Open Enrollment, the following error occurs:

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run Automated Event Processing (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
2. Select Process Monitor link.
3. When process fails, select Details link, View Log/Trace link.
4. Open the .log file to see the error.
