Goal
There is a new Federal requirement that mandates students who have Title IV funds and owe a balance should not get their transcript withheld.
The current transcript functionality does not take into consideration any financial information, however, the new Federal regulation requires that Title IV funds disbursed get taken into consideration if a student still has a remaining balance.
Will new functionality be delivered to meet this new Federal regulatory requirement?
