Symptoms
On the Request Advisement Report component, after clicking the 'Process Request' button, the following error occurs in the Cobol process:
ERROR:AX14:REQUIREMENT GROUP PARM OVERFLOW (14600, 340)
The issue occurs when there are more than 100 requirement groups for special requirement usage.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report.
- Select Add a new value.
- Enter the ID, Institution, Report Type and click 'Add'.
- Click 'Process Report'.
- Review the error on the 'Advisement Report Request Log' tab.
