The Create View Step on the CA template to went to below error when applying legislative CPF PRP patch for Singapore.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the latest GP SGP patch Bug 35101992 Via CA template.
2. Run the Create View Step.
3. Observe the error.
