Symptoms

When invoking the CI_EP_APPR_MAIN Component Interface by using Application engine , getting an error on the EP_APPR_MAIN.Prebuild PeopleCode Event GetParameter.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create Application Engine to invoke the CI_EP_APPR_MAIN Component Interface.
