Symptoms

While testing PUM25, it was noticed that the logic to set EXT_DATA_NBR for PS_EXTERNAL_COURSE and PEXTERNAL_DEGREE is missing. In PUM17, where the delivered logic was assigning the correct EXT_DATA_NBR to EXTERNAL_COURSE and EXTERNAL_DEGREE (as siblings, not child, of EXT_ACAD_DATA). Why was this delivered logic removed?

Changes

Production is on PUM17, where the following delivered logic was assigning the correct EXT_DATA_NBR since EXTERNAL_COURSE and EXTERNAL_DEGREE entities are siblings of EXT_ACAD_DATA and not child.
