On Fluid eProcurement Requisition "Ship To" field is Not Highlighted When Left Blank

Symptoms
"Ship To" field not highlighted in fluid requisition when left blank and below error message shows up which do not have any reference to the field that is left blank.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a fluid requisition with blank ship to location on requisition defaults .
2. Go to schedules and notice that ship to location is blank ,click on done .
