ETL9.2: Yes/No Button Is Overlapping The View Of TRC & Row Total Count When Scrolling.

Symptoms
When users are trying to move to the right and, when there is Yes/NO billable indicator radio button, it is overlapping the view of the TRC and the row total count when scrolling back to the left.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable "Expand Time Details on Timesheet" in the Setup HCM > Install > Product Specific > Time and Labor Installation.
2) Go to "Team Time" tile and select the "Enter Time" tile.
3) Choose an employee with a Billable Indicator and a Combination Code task template, which will make the billable indicator field visible.
4) Scroll to the far right.
5) Scroll back to the left, and notice that the Yes/No box incorrectly overlaps other fields and remains clickable.
