Symptoms
AUC_ATCH_DLD goes to no success with below error even when bidder attachments are available for the current run.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Setup SFTP server for attachments.
2. Create an event and invite 3 bidder's.Navigation: Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
3. Create bidder response for 3 bidder's and attach a pdf file from supplier portal .Navigation: main Menu > Manage Events and Place Bids > View Events and Place Bids.
4. Delete the attachment for 1 bidder from sftp server.
5. End the event.Navigation: Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
6. Go to Analyze totals for the event and try to download all the attachments.Navigation: Sourcing > Maintain Events > Analyze Events.
7. Process will go to error.
8. Now try to download attachments for another 2 bidder's whose attachments exists in sftp.
9. Process goes to error again.
