E-NV: nVision Reports Are Generated Without Data When Run to Email Output Type in OpenXML Mode (Doc ID 2994369.1)

When nVision Reports are run in OpenXML mode to Email/Excel output type then they run to success but do not return any data in the output. When the same report is run to Web/Excel output type then it returns correct data in the generated report.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Log into PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> PS/nVision -> PS/nVision Schedule Requests.
2. Select the Business Unit and Report ID.
3. Run the nVision report to Email/Excel output.
4. The process goes to Success/Posted status in Process Monitor.
5. Open the generated report from Email and observe 'Protected View' warning in the yellow Message Bar and there is no data in the report.
