Symptoms
When accessing GSS notification alerts , it is generating error.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. In Manager Self-service >Click on My Team tile > Perform GSS transaction > Submit for approval
2. Login with Manager and deny the request
3. Login with the submitted manager and click on Alert message
