UCAS :Import Status of the Application Is Showing as New in UCAS Ivstara Staging Table. (Doc ID 2994503.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import data from UCAS using ODBC Connectivity and XML, the import status of the application shows as NEW in the staging table even after the data is imported. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Import applicant data.
  2. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Import Applicants > UCAS Staging Data > IvStarA Staging Data. 
  3. Verify that Import Status still says "NEW".
