Symptoms
Applicant history page view not displaying accurate representation of disposition moves.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Select an Applicant in the job opening
Recruiting > Search Job Opening
2. Review the Applicant history - Applied status exists on 03/22/2019
3. Update disposition of Applicant from Interview to Applied again
4. Applied status updated with current date : 05-31-2023 rather than the initial job applied date 03/22/2019
