EAR 9.2 : Balance – Base Currency Field on Maintenance  Worksheet is not Follow Amount Format . (Doc ID 2995317.1)

Symptoms

Balance – base currency field on maintenance  worksheet is not follow amount format .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a maintenance worksheet for a debit wrtite-off and refund credit with amount in thousands like 12,000.Navigation :  Accounts Receivable > Receivables Maintenance > Maintenance Worksheet > Create Maintenance Worksheet.
2. Go to details 6 tab on worksheet application page and notice that on Balance – base currency field amount is NOT displayed with thousands separator for both write-off and refund entry.
3. Submit worksheet for approval.
4. Log in as approver and notice that write-off amount is displayed with thousands separator but refund amount is NOT displayed with  thousands separator.
