Symptoms
When the user clicks on the Create Requisition Tile or the My Requisition Tile and click on the Actions button (three dots on right top corner) they are able to see many links such as Create Requisition, My Receipts, Review Change Requests etc.Administrators should have control to enable/disable this links based on business need for user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Requisitions tile and click on three dots on right top and notice links Create Requisition, My Receipts, Review Change Requests etc
2. Go to Create Requisitions tile and click on three dots on right top and notice links Create Requisition, My Receipts, Review Change Requests etc.
