SFP: SAFI Generates An Invalid XML File With Additional Future Term(s) That Belong to an Older Academic Year (Doc ID 2996240.1)

Symptoms

SAFI generates an invalid XML file, with extra terms for an older academic year 1 - Fall 2009, Spring 2010, Fall 2010 in one example. These extra terms are not expected to be included in the SAFI.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Home > Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages.
  2. Select Run-Control ID and enter parameters including Institution and Message Class = Student Academic and Fin Info.
  3. Run the process.
  4. Review the SAFI produced.
