Symptoms
Running pay calculation and the following error occurs in the log file:
Calculation Options:
Preliminary Calculation Run
(Re)Calculate All Checks
Start employee processing at 12:30:06.46.
Check Messages!!!

In Pgm Section : CHECK-IF-NO-SWT-STATE-1(PSPPYNET)
PAGE_NUM= 1,LINE_NUM= 1,SEPCHK= 0,EMPLID=XXXX ,EMPLRCD#= 0,NAME=XXXXX
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll.
2. In the Run Control page, select the Pay Run ID, On-Cycle and Run.
3. The process will end with " No Success"
4. Open the log file and see the error message,
