HCM eProfile Manager Desktop: Manager Receives Error and Blank Page When Returning to My Team Page (Doc ID 2996393.1)

Symptoms

Manager redirected to blank page with error message when attempting to return to My Team page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Manager signs in to system and clicks My Team tile.
  2. Access a direct report who has own direct report list.
  3. Choose any of the second-level direct reports.
  4. Attempt to add a change, such as location (where such request already exists).
  5. Receive error message, indicating there is such change awaiting approval.
  6. Click back arrow to return to My Team page.
  7. Resulting page is blank with 'No Matching Values' error.
