EPY: Created a New Special Accumulator, but its Amount does not Match the Paycheck's Earnings Amount Paid. (Doc ID 2996589.1)

Created a new special accumulator but its amount is not matching with the earnings amount paid in the paycheck.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Compensation and Earnings > Special Accumulator Table.
2. Click on "Add a New Value" and create the new special accumulator.
3. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Payroll for North America > Compensation and Earnings > Earnings Table.
4. Search for an earning. On Special Process page, associate the earning to the special accumulator created in steps 2.
5. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets and create a paysheet.
6. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets and add the earnings from step 4 in the paysheet.
7. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll and calculate the payroll.
8. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck to verify the amounts calculated.
