Colorado FML Taxable Gross Doubling for Other Earnings
Employee's regular earnings are correct. When adding an earnings code in pay other earnings, it should not be doubling that amount for the FML/EE and FML/ER for Colorado.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Ensure you have an earnings code that is tied to a Taxable Gross Component ID ie. SUI - Set up HCM>Product Related>Payroll for North America>Compensation and Earnings>Earnings Table
2. Create paysheet for employee that is in Colorado in 2023 - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Create Paysheets
3. Enter that earning code in Pay Other Earnings with an amount for a Colorado employee - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Update Paysheets>By Payline
4. Verify that the FML/EE and FML/ER taxable gross is doubled for the amount entered in Pay Other Earnings - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Review Paycheck
