PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Records - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The batch Waitlist process (SFPCWAIT) is run to move students from the waitlist on a class. When waitlisted enrollments for the class have a 'drop if enrolled' class populated, and the waitlisted class and drop if enrolled class have different STDNT_ENRL.SESSN_ENRL_CNTL sessions, the batch process reports the following error message. The student is not removed from the waitlist.
Additionally, enrollment processes such as Enrollment Request report this error message when attempting to enroll a student to the waitlist on a class and the 'Drop this class if enrolled' is populated with a class number having a different Enrollment Control Session. The student is not enrolled on the waitlist.
In one example, this issue occurs when the waitlisted class and enrolled class have different Enrollment Control Session values.
14640,192 - Enrollment Control Session %1 not found for session %2.
During enrollment request processing, a lookup search was made to find the enrollment control session from the session of the class section and was not found. Verify the setup from the Session Table. Request not processed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

- Select a run control;
- Populate the run control with the term in question, a class number and the Waitlist Process Switch = A;
- Submit the process to the process scheduler;
