EAP: Unable to Print Custom Wire Report Advice Since APX2027 is Hard Code With Template ID APX2027_1

Symptoms
A customized Wire Template ID for Report Name APX2027 was added along with the corresponding setup for the Payment Form page and External Accounts > Payments page. However, when running the Pay Cycle in order to generate a Wire Advice Report for a Voucher with Payment Method = Wire, the Wire Advice Report generated is using the delivered Template ID of APX2027_1 and not the customized Wire Template ID.
STEPS
1. Banking > Banks and Branches > Payment Forms
a. Add Form ID = XXXX_X
b. Form Information page, Form Type = Remittance advice only
c. Sort Fields page, Sort Field checked for Remit SetID and Remit Supplier with Sequence 1 and 2, respectively
2. Banking > Bank Accounts > External Accounts
a. Display Bank = YYYYY, Bank Account = ZZZZ
b. Payment Methods page, for Payment Method = Wire Transfer, Form ID = XXXX_X
3. Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Create BIP Report Definitions
a. Display Report Name = APX2027
b. Template page, add Template ID = XXXX_X and upload Template File = APX2027_XXXX.rtf
c. Customized APX2027_XXXX.rtf has the heading of "Wire Test Report Remittance"
4. Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry
a. Add a new Voucher
b. Payments page, Bank = YYYYY, Bank Account = ZZZZ, Method = WIR
5. Accounts Payable > Payments > Pay Cycle Processing > Payment Selection Criteria
a. Add a Pay Cycle
b. Bank Method page, Bank = YYYYY, Bank Account = ZZZZ, Payment Method = Wire Transfer
c. Dates page, click Pay Cycle Manager
d. Pay Cycle Manager page, run Payment Selection and Creation
e. Run Run Print Wire Advices
6. Wire Remittance Advice that prints out has the delivered title of "Wire Report Remittance Advice" instead of the customized title of "Wire Test Report Remittance Advice"
