Symptoms
The below error is triggered while running Batch Notifications process for a template which has the Custom Logic checked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Notification Setup
2. Open the required template and Check 'Custom Logic' checkbox
3. Navigate to: Set Up SACR > System Administration > Utilities > Notifications > Batch Notifications
4. Run the 'Batch Notifications' Process
5. Error message is triggered
