Symptoms
In cases of maternity/paternity leave with an original date before 2023 (before the new changes introduced this year for the calculation of the BRD in maternity/paternity cases), the system is not able to recover the original BRD and is going to the first month of the contract.
In addition, the original maternity/paternity changes your BRD to the current calculation of 2023, which is not correct.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event ESP
2. Add MATERNITY absence with an original date before 2023.
3. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll and run the payroll.
4. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Results by Calendar Group.
Notice the system is not able to recover the original BRD and is going to the first month of the contract.
