ETL9.2: Header Title Incorrect for Time Summary Page in Fluid Time and Labor WorkCenter

Symptoms
When "Time Summary" is added in WorkCenter, it displays "Tl Mss Empl Sel Flu” as the page header instead of "Time Summary".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manager Self Service > Team Time tile
2. Click on Time and Labor Workcenter
3. Click on "Time Summary" link
4. The header label displays "Tl Mss Empl Sel Flu" rather than "Time Summary".
