Symptoms

Next/Previous In list button is showing incorrect record, after sorting the search results grid by a column, and search configuration (Configurable Search setup) exists for the Component.

The issue was replicable at the customer site per steps below:
[Using HCM's Job Data component as an example - HCM 9.2 PUM Image# 47 (Demo) - PT 8.60.09]

1- Add search configuration for the Job Data component, in PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search.
1.1 Fields should be included in search, in order: EMPLID, EMPL_RCD, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, NAME, EMPL_STATUS, BUSINESS_UNIT (Advanced only), DEPTID (Advanced only).
1.2 Fields should be included in search results, in order: EMPLID, EMPL_RCD, NAME, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, MIDDLE_NAME, BUSINESS_UNIT, DEPTID, EMPL_STATUS.

2- From Homepage, select the Workforce Administration Homepage.
3- Select HR Administration.
4- Under Job Information, select Job Data.
5- In Search Criteria, inform criteria for First Name - begins with Eli, for example.
6- Click Search.
7- In Search Results, click View All.
8- Sort the Search Results grid by Name. Sort the grid twice.
Take screenshot for reference. For example, let's say that:
    Row number 1: Emplid MEMP016 (Eliyana B)
    Row number 2: Emplid HXUH332 (Elizebeth C)

9. Select the Row number 1. The details for Empl ID MEMP016 opens up.
10. Clicking on 'Next in List' does NOT work as expected. It opens the details for Empl ID HXUH135 (ELIZABETH K).
It was expected that it would open the record for Empl ID HXUH332 (Elizebeth C).
