Symptoms
When Geographic locations, locations and tax location tables updated to correspond with OPM duty locations in PS_TAX_LOCATION2 table , facing significant performance issues with the HR PAR Processing USF components
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Update Geographic locations, locations and tax location in table : PS_TAX_LOCATION2 around 45k rows
2. Access HR PAR Processing USF components : 1st Request Authorization USF , Approve Request USF , HR Processing USF , Correct Personnel Action USF
Navigation : Workforce Administration > Job Information
