From Create Employee tile, Add a new employee with Job data or add an Organizational Relationship for an existing Employee, on the step Job Data after populating required data, receive an error message.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Workforce Administrator
2. Navigate to fluid Workforce Administrator dashboard > fluid Manage Human Resource tile
3. click fluid Create Employee tile
4. Add a new Employee
5. populate required data on step Person Data and click next
6. then, on step Job Data, enter required data and click next, receive error message.

Or

4. {search/select} an existing person, click the Organization Relationship link for the person's row.
5. then, on step Job Data, enter required data and click next, receive error message.
