Goal
How to stop billing activity for an as-incurred contract line whose billing plan status is "in Progress"? Only one contract line is associated with the billing plan.
The user wants to retain the billing activity that happened so far. The user doesn't want to reverse. But wants to stop further billing on this contract line.
