GPCHE: Incorrect Error "Dependents Data is missing (17051,329)" on "Maintain Source Tax Data CHE" Page while Saving Data with Tax Tarif Codes of Type "C" with Children (Doc ID 3000817.1)

Symptoms

An incorrect error message appears on the "Maintain Source Tax Data CHE" page when data with tax tarif codes of type "C" with children is saved. The message claims missing Employment Type and Canton even those data are filled up for the spouse.
The error message should be applicable only for Spouse, the user should able to save the Child rows successfully. This error message prevents the saving of the correct source tax tarif code, which is required for accurate Source Tax calculation

Dependents Data is missing (17051,329)
The Employment Type, Begin Date and Canton fields must be entered

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > Maintain Source Tax Data CHE
2. Update an exisitng line or add a new one with "Withholding Tax Tariff" = C1N
3. On Dependent Data section, add one line for Spouse and one line for Child
2. Press Save and the error message that prevents the screen from saving the data appears
