Fluid Job Data View in Correct History Mode Spinning for More then 2 Minutes After Selecting the Next Record when the Employee Record has Multiple Rows.

Symptoms
When users navigate between rows in Fluid Manage Jobs in Correct History mode, doesn't allow for the next record to be selected sequentially. The action results, after selecting the next record, in spinning for more then 2 minutes.
Note: This is happening when the employee record has multiple rows (e.g. 99 rows).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job tile
2. Search (in Correct History mode) for an Empl ID which has 99 rows for record zero
3. Navigate between rows by clicking the ">" button.
