Current Information Column Is Missing in Transaction Summary Grid on Fluid Job Data Approval (Doc ID 3000843.1)

Symptoms

The "Current Information" column is missing in Fluid Job Data Approval Summary page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as administrator
2. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Manage Human Resources > Manage Job
3. Search for any employee in Include History mode
4. Click on edit icon against the first row
5. In the modal , click on "Create Job Action" give the following details:
    Effective Date : current date | Effective Seq : 0 | Action : DTA |Reason : UKT
6. Click on Continue button
7. Modify the values against Compensation Rate, Amount and Percent fields under "Salary and Compensation" section
8. Submit the transaction
9. Login as approver and navigate to Manager Self Service > Approvals tile > Click on "Create Job" transaction
10. In the transaction summary grid displayed , Current Information is not getting displayed
Note : Issue exists for Create Job and Correct Job transactions
