GP CORE: Paygroup Level Rounding Rule Not Being Applied on Elements Processed via Positive Input (Doc ID 3000854.1)

Symptoms

An earning element rounding rule is defined to be used on Paygroup level setup. When an element is loaded via Positive Input, the rounding rule is not applied. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Absence Elements > Absence Entitlements > Rounding/Proration and attach a rounding rule to the entitlement element with Rounding Option "Use Pay Group Rounding"
2. Navigate to Global Payroll Absence management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll and run the process
3. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Calendar Results or Calendar Group results. Access the Accumulators tab and view the results
The rounding rule does not take effect.
