Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2024

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Cloud Manager - Version 14 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Stopping the environment fails on imported PeopleSoft environment in PeopleSoft Cloud Manager (CM). The stop process only shuts down the PeopleSoft client node, but not any other nodes (ELK, Middle Tier, DB).

Based on the out.log, it fails when stopping the ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana) node.
