HTML Tags Are Showing In the Print Version Of the Benefit Statements (Doc ID 3001016.1)

Symptoms

Instructional texts defined for the Fluid Benefit Statements in the Text Catalog, do not convert the HTML in the print version of the Benefit Statements.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add a new Effective Dated row for STMT_TEXT text catalog entry containing HTML tags. Navigation:Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog.
  2. Login as Self Service User and go to Open Enrollment tile.
  3. Make elections and click Enrollment Preview button.
  4. Click Print View button.
