Dependent Relationship Is Showing Incorrect Value in Dependent Enrollments Section of Open Enrollment Preview

Symptoms
Dependent relationship are coming up incorrectly in the Dependent Enrollments Section of the Open Enrollment Preview.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Hire an Employee and add 4 Dependents, including a Spouse and 3 Stepchildren. Navigation: Benefits => Employee/Dependent Information=> Update Dependent/Beneficiary.
- Run BenAdmin to prepare HIR event. Navigation: Benefits => Manage Automated Enrollment => Events => On Demand Event process.
- Login as Self Service Employee and go to Benefits Enrollment tile to enroll in Benefits. Enroll all 4 dependents in Medical plan.
- Click on the Enrollment Preview Statement button. Everything looks OK.
- Go back and un-check one of the Stepchildren from the Medical Plan.
- Click on the Enrollment Preview Statement button.
- Dependent Enrollments section of the Enrollment Preview displayed correctly 3 dependents but all 3 were Stepchildren and the Spouse was gone.
