UCAS: Preferred First Name Is Not Being Imported From UCAS Applicant Detail (Doc ID 3001132.1)

The Preferred First Name value in UCASApplicantDetail is defined as "preferredFirstName" (with upper case N) in the UCAS xml-link technical manual but is being included as "preferredFirstname" (with lower case n) in the xml and therefore the Preferred First Name is not imported from UCAS. 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Import Applicant > Import Applicant Data
2. Run Import Applicant process
3. Notice that the Preferred First Name is not imported
