Symptoms
Unable to create a VAT Register, the process fails at step SII_VAT_RGS.51GenXML.Step02 (PeopleCode).
Steps to replicate:
1) Navigate to VAT and Intrastat > Value Added Tax > VAT Processes > Spain Online VAT Register > Create VAT Register File.
2) Create a new run control ID and provide the required information.
3) run the SII_VAT_RGS process.
4) Process failed with the above error
