Saving a Biographical Language Page Without a Language Does Not Return Any Warnings or Errors and Does Not Save. (Doc ID 3001338.1)

The page SCC_LANGUAGES is allowed to be saved without a value populated in the Language Code field, after populating one or more or all of the other fields: 

• Native speaker
• Translator
• Teacher
• Speak
• Read
• Write
• Evaluation Date

While no errors are indicated when saving the page in this state, after returning to the page, the previous changes were not actually saved. If the Language Code field is required in order to save the data, clicking Save should result in the display of an appropriate message indicating the field is required and the data will not be saved. 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Languages.
2. Add a new row populating all fields except the language and click SAVE.
3. Note no error is returned from the SAVE function.
4. Reopen the page and note that the row did not save.
