SFP Creating Group Post Items With Incorrect Career Nbr (Doc ID 3001353.1)

Symptoms

Financial aid disbursed from SFP is posted with the wrong Career number in PS_GROUP_LINE and PS_ITEM_SF. The actual career value is correct. 

The Career number posted is observed to be the Students initial Career number, regardless of what Career/Career Number/Program/Plan the student is currently term activated and enrolled in. So, the data is wrong in the cases where the current Career Number has changed from the initial one.  It would be expected to post always under the current Career number. 

The issue can be verified with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student financials > View customer account, for students whose current Career Number is different from their initial one.  
  2. Note the payments posted against the Career number was discontinued or cancelled.
