Last updated on APRIL 17, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Financial Aid - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On the Correct ISIR Records component for Aid Year 2024-2025, and the tabs for Student Information and Parent Information, and the sections under Financial Information and FTI Amounts, the 'Filing Status Code' fields are displaying blank in every case, even when the data is present for those fields in the staging and application tables. The 4 fields that store this data are:
- ISIR_00_2_EC.FA_STD_FTIM_STAT (Student Filing Status Code - staging)
- SFA_ISIR_CONT. SFA_STD_FTIM_STAT (Student Filing Status Code - application)
- ISIR_00_2_EC.SFA_PAR_FTIM_STAT (Parent Filing Status Code - staging)
- SFA_ISIR_CONT.SFA_PAR_FTIM_STAT (Parent Filing Status Code - application)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct ISIR Records.
- Search for Aid Year 2025 and a record where the data is verified to be populated for the student and/or parent, in the fields listed above.
- On the 'Student Information' tab and in the section for 'Student Financial Information' and 'FTI Amounts', note the 'Filing status code' field shows blank instead of the value from the tables.
- On the 'Parent Information' tab and in the section for 'Parent Financial Information ' and 'FTI Amounts', note the 'Filing status code' field shows blank instead of the value from the tables.
